By putting together your social security card, your Schedule F from your bankruptcy and your drivers’ license, you should make copies from these and send three copies of each to the credit bureaus. When you send your dispute in writing, do so with registered mails. The law says that the creditor either responds to your dispute within 30 days or withdraws the item you are disputing from your credit report. If you can do this, your credit report after bankruptcy would take a turn for the better.
